Frequently Asked Questions
How often will I be sent a delivery?
You'll be billed & sent wine every 3 months, but you can cancel anytime.
Can I choose a different set of wines each time?
Yes, you'll be prompted before delivery to confirm your wine choice. If you choose not to pick, we'll send you the same as your last order.
How much wine will I be sent if I join the Buzz Club?
By default, we'll send you a 6 pack case every 3 months. However, you can add or reduce this number as you choose.
Can I make a return for wine delivered from the Buzz Club?
